Guidelines

All banners must be approved by BizJunction prior to being activated in the exchange.

Banners must be 468x60 pixels.

Banners must be in the .gif format.

You must provide a link to your banner.  The link would be like this example:  http://www.yourdomain/images/banner.gif   Yourdomain is the name of the domain on which your banner is stored. Next is the file in which your banner is stored (images in the example above). Then the name of the image, such as banner.gif, as shown above.

You must place the banner code on your site in order to gain additional impressions.   Of course a high traffic page would be best. 

You may check the number of impressions and click thrus your banner has received at any time.

Terms of Service

Persons who place application and are approved will become members of the exchange.

Applications for membership must be filled out correctly.  It is expected that where name is requested - you will put your real name. This can be also be a company name.  What it can not be is: John Doe, anybody, a jumble of letters, or any other kind of obviously false or fake name.  Please see our Privacy Policy

E-mail address must be a legitimate e-mail address. Member can not use Hotmail, Yahoo or any other free e-mail service here.   This must be an address wherein you will receive the e-mail.  If you have filters on you should adjust them to be able to receive mail from bizj@bizjunction.com  Please see our Privacy Policy - Your information with not be shared with anyone

Site URL is the URL of the site you want people to go to when they click on your banner.

Zones - Please check A only except for iCop members.  iCop members should click on iCop.  Only iCop members are permitted to advertise in the iCop zone. All banners ads displayed in the iCop zone must link to a site that displays the iCop seal.

BizJunction reserves the right to refuse any banner at any time as deemed appropriate.  The determination as to the appropriateness of a banner is made by BizJunction and is final.

BizJunction assumes and accepts no liability for the use made of this service.   The member agrees to hold BizJunction and its employees harmless for any and all damages that may occur from the utilization of this service.

Member is deemed to have read and be in agreement  with these terms by signing up for and using said service.

No banners will be accepted for web sites that promote adult, gambling, UCE/spam  or any other questionable content. It is the sole discretion of BizJunction to determine what is questionable.  BizJunction  reserves the right to reject any application for any reason.  The decision of BizJunction is final.

Members agree to place the banner exchange code on their site to display banners from the exchange.  Failure to place the code on member's site will result in termination of member's membership.

An appropriate banner or link to banner of no more that 468 pixels width and 60 pixels height and in .gif format must be placed with application.  Failure to include an appropriate banner with application will result in your not getting the credits that would be earned when your banner would have been shown on other's sites.
